At Tastee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-exchange policy and limited return and refund eligibility. Please read the following carefully:
1. No Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances, as our items are food products and cannot be resold or reused.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You have received a wrong item.
- The item is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
- There is a packaging error or tampering issue.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.
To process your return request, please email us at support@tastee.in with the following:
- Order ID
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem (damaged/spoiled product, incorrect item, etc.)
Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 2 business days.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and if approved, we will initiate a refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–7 business days.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refunded amount will be credited back within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, you may contact us at support@tastee.in.
